On-Ramp at CrossFit 8404 is a small group or one-on-one personal training environment during which you will learn the foundational movements of CrossFit before moving into regular group classes.
We want you to feel comfortable and prepared before you enter group classes, and On-Ramp will get you there. We assess your movements, ensure you are moving safely, address any injuries and limitations you may have, and work with you to ensure that you are ready before joining the class environment.
